We recommend around £3.80 per hour. Of course you have to provide the helper with own bedroom and resources for meals.

As long as you like, with reasonable provision for holidays for long term placements.
That would be pre-arranged with the helper, that is why we ask the question on the registration form. Helpers are also asked on the application form if they are happy to look after pets.
